Joyce Chang

Joyce Chang is the Global Head of Research and a member of the management committee for J.P. Morgan’s Corporate & Investment Bank. 

Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 1999, Joyce was a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch and Salomon Brothers.

She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Inter-American Dialogue and serves on the Board of Directors of Trickle Up and Girls Inc. She also co-chairs J.P. Morgan’s Corporate and Investment Bank Women’s Network.

She has been named as one of Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Finance by American Banker for the past four consecutive years and recognized by the Wall Street Journal (Top 50 Women to Watch), Crain’s Business New York (40 Under 40), the Asian American Business Development Council (Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business) and the Women’s Bond Club (Annual Merit Award). 

She received her B.A. from Columbia University won the College's John Jay Award in 2014. She earned a Master of Public Affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University.

Angela Lee

Angela Lee is an educator and entrepreneur. As Assistant Dean at Columbia Business School, she is a highly related professor of strategy, leadership and entrepreneurship. She is also the founder of 37 Angels, an angel network that invests in early stage startups and activates new women angels through a month long investing bootcamp

Angela brings 15 years of innovation, strategy, and entrepreneurship to the classroom. She started her career in new product at an innovating consulting firm. Angela is passionate about entrepreneurship and has started several companies in the education sector.

Angela is a sought-after expert on CNBC, Bloomberg TV, and FOX Business and is regularly featured in media outlets such as Forbes, Huffington Post, and Fast Company. Entrepreneur Magazine recognized Angela as one of Six Innovative Women to Watch in 2015.

Angela received her BA from University of California, Berkeley and her MBA from Columbia Business School.

Anu Aiyengar 
Managing Director, Head of M&A, North America
J.P. Morgan

As Head of J.P. Morgan's Mergers & Acquisitions, North America, Anu Aiyengar is responsible for the execution and marketing of advisory assignments for clients in Financial Institutions, Retail, and General Industries sectors.

Over the last 17 years, she has advised both domestic and international clients on a broad variety of assignments including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, proxy contests, hostile transactions, and special committee assignments. She has extensive multi-billion dollar transaction experience and also serves as engagements officer for North America and serves on J.P. Morgan's fairness and valuation committee.  She is a board member of the Investment Banking Women's Council and the Co-Chair of the Summer Associate Program at J.P. Morgan. She is also involved with the Women's Bond Club and Asia Society.

Anu has a BA from Smith College and an MBA from Vanderbilt University. 

 


Archana Jain
Vice President
Information Technology, Verizon Enterprise Solutions

Archana Jain, Vice President - Information Technology, is responsible for the Billing, Service Management and Managed Services applications in Verizon Enterprise Solutions. She leads a global organization with employees in the North & South America, EMEA and Asia. The Billing applications she manages are responsible for billing $12B+ in annual revenue from global enterprise and wholesale customers. She works with Global Ops servicing 99% of the Fortune 500 companies to create a great customer experience at every touch-point.
 
Prior to her current assignment Archana was Executive Director, Contact Center Management Systems for Verizon Wireless and earlier to that she was Executive Director at Verizon Data Services handling Change Management and Systems availability.
 
 Archana has been with various arms of the Verizon family of companies for about 18 years.
 
Archana holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India and a Master of Science in Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology.
 

 

 

Elaine Paik
Vice President and Corporate Treasurer
Colgate-Palmolive Company

As Vice President, Corporate Treasurer since February 2010, Elaine Paik is responsible for the company’s global treasury functions including corporate finance, capital structure strategy, pension management, risk management and M&A.

Prior to her current role, Elaine was Assistant Treasurer, Treasury Operations, where she led a number of global initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiencies of treasury activities by standardizing processes, leveraging technology, in collaboration with both internal and external business partners.

Elaine joined Colgate-Palmolive in 1992 and has held roles of increasing responsibility in Colgate’s Corporate and US Finance groups. She earned a BA degree in Statistics from the University of California at Berkeley, and an MBA from Columbia University.

Elaine is a founding member of the Colgate Women’s Network (CWN) which was established in 2004, an inclusive network that addresses the professional and personnel needs of Colgate women at all levels and sponsors activities in three core areas of focus – Career Development, Work/life Integration and Networking.

Outside of Colgate, Elaine gives back to the community by managing the administration of a mandarin Chinese school for children on the Upper West Side of New York City on Saturdays. This community involvement has provided her with great satisfaction in fostering a nurturing environment for school-aged children for learning the Chinese culture and language.

Elaine currently resides in New York City with her husband and two sons.
