Mary is a co-founder & partner at NDNY, a bespoke architecture and design company based in New York. She is a registered architect in the State of New York and licensed to practice in India. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects and a LEED accredited professional with over 13 years of experience in the construction industry.
As partner, Mary has successful completed several residential and commercial developments, retail and hospitality fit-outs. She is currently managing 3 residential gut-renovations in New York, 2 restaurants in Brooklyn and a 1300 seat auditorium in Sri Lanka.
Prior to establishing her own office, Mary worked as a Project Architect at Robert A M Stern Architects and FXFowle in New York City on residential and master planning projects. She holds a Master's degree in Architecture & Urban Design from Columbia University, New York, a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, India and has completed a Certificate in Global affairs at New York University relating to political economy and sustainable development.

Kamoy A. Smalling
A native of the Bronx, NY, Kamoy Smalling is a member of the Principal Investments team at C-III Capital, a top real estate private equity firm with approximately $4.0 billion AUM. As a member of the Principal Investments team, she focuses on equity investments in distressed retail, office, hotel, and multi-family real estate across the United States. Kamoy is also Head of New York Acquisitions at Titan Partners, a special situation alternative asset manager focused on distressed real estate. Since inception, Titan Partners has acquired and stabilized over 660 multifamily units across the Atlanta metro area and New York City.
Prior to her current roles, Kamoy spent two years in the Leveraged Finance Group within Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Investment Bank where she closed over 20 transactions across various industries accounting for over $21 billion of senior secured and unsecured debt issuance to finance leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, refinancings, and dividend recapitalizations.
An active member of her community, Kamoy currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Mott Hall Charter School, the Associate Council for KIPP Charter Schools NYC and the Junior Board of the Harlem Arts Festival. Kamoy graduated with high honors from Harvard University with a Bachelors of Arts in History and Science and a language citation in French.
Jill has been the President & CEO of Abacus Federal Savings Bank for over 10 years. Abacus Bank was started by her father, Thomas Sung, to meet the banking needs of the Asian-American community in the five boroughs of New York City. The Bank also has Branches in Edison, NJ and Philadelphia. Abacus is a community bank which focuses on financial services to consumers and small businesses. Most of its lending is focused on financing of homes, as well as small multi-family and mixed-use properties throughout New York City, and the other areas where its branches are located. Abacus Bank takes pride in helping many of its customers transition from owning their home as their first real property to become a successful investor in multiple small properties.
