PSCORE is a non-profit, non-religious, non-partisan NGO based in Seoul, South Korea. PSCORE strives for mutual understanding and harmony between the two Koreas, and aims to provide a platform to discuss topics such as democratization, human rights and social issues.In August 2012, PSCORE received Consultative Status from UN ECOSOC (Economic and Social Council). PSCORE is the first North Korean human rights NGO that holds this unique status.
