The Asian American Student Union (AASU) is a cultural and diversity organization at the University of Vermont. Their goal is to 1) enhance the awareness of Asian and Asian-American identities and cultures within the UVM and Burlington community, 2) create an open space for discussions regarding cultural matters , and 3) foster good relations with other ALANA orgs through collaborations.

Asian Cultural Center of Vermont, Inc. (ACCVT) is an educational resources agency dedicated to connecting people through the arts and cultures of Asia. THese connections come through festivals, films, forums, exhibitions, presentations, and other community learning, sharing opportunities. ACCVT's scope aims to be continental, celebrating cultures of countries and peoples from the Pacific to the Mediterranean and from Siberia to Indonesia, and including the Eurasian Caucasus region.

For more than a decade, the Asian Studies Outreach Program of the University of Vermont has promoted teaching and learning about Asia in the state of Vermont. The State-wide Program for Asian Studies in Schools was initiated by the Asian Studies Outreach Program (ASOP) of the University of Vermont (UVM) and is funded by the Freeman Foundation.

The U.S.-Asia Partnerships for Environmental Law was originally founded in 2006 under the name U.S.-China Partnership for Environmental Law. Over the years it became apparent that the environmental challenges faced by China were concurrent and inter-related throughout the region, and so we have expanded the geographic focus of our programs to include more countries within Asia. Now t
he U.S.-Asia Partnerships for Environmental Law works collaboratively with government institutions, non-government organizations, lawyers, judges, lawmakers and others to promote good environmental governance in Asia.
