The Alaska Chinese Association (ACA) serves to maintain social contacts and to provide cultural and educational functions to the Chinese community in Alaska. It is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization with no political or religious affiliations. The ACA was established in 1976 with about a dozen families. We are now in our 38th year, and our membership includes almost 200 families.

Hmong Center of Alaska, Inc. is a self-help organization that volunteered to serve the Hmong-Laos refugees who have language barriers regarding translation, interpretation, and other basic need of social services. The purpose of Hmong Center of Alaska, Inc. is to promote Hmong cultural heritage, teach Hmong language, preserve Hmong aesthetic arts, cultural practice, traditional performances, to establish of mutual relation with the local official offices and agencies, and to educate the young people in regard of unity, harmony, and educate them how to become productive people in the community.

Master Kurt Wong established Wu Tan Alaska in 1979, as a branch of the internationally renowned “Wu Tang Kung Fu Development Center in Taiwan”. The Center was founded to help promote the traditional Chinese Martial Arts to the public.
