Starting Your Business 101
AWIB's four-part series covers everything you need to know to start a business, from writing a business plan to marketing, deciding on the right business structure, accounting and obtaining financing. There is still one session (read below for more information). The first class, our November 3rd Writing a Business Plan, was an excellent start for entrepreneurs, while our second class, Legal Structures, Taxes, and Record Keeping, guided business owners to understanding legal and tax requirements. Our third class, Marketing: On and Offline Strategies, discussed cost-effective marketing strategies.
