Asian Women In Business (AWIB) will hold its Fourteenth Annual Leadership Awards Dinner, on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at the Hilton Hotel in mid-town Manhattan. Last year, over 500 supporters, including AWIB members, corporate sponsors, community leaders and entrepreneurs attended this event.


The Leadership Awards Dinner is an inspiring and unique event, which honors exemplary Asian women who have succeeded as leaders in the small business and corporate world while serving as champions of the community. AWIB brings to the forefront, women of achievement and the ever-increasing economic influence of Asian women. The awards are given in two categories- Entrepreneurial Leadership and Corporate Leadership.


AWIB is currently accepting nominations for the 2009 AWIB Leadership awards. If you know a successful Asian women corporate executive, please complete the Corporate Nomination form. For high achieving Asian women entrepreneurs, you can complete the Entrepreneurial Nomination form.


The AWIB Annual Gala is a great networking opportunity and starts off with a cocktail reception, followed by an elegant sit-down dinner and the awards ceremony. As always, we feature an extensive silent auction with an array of enticing items ranging from gift certificates, designer bags to exciting getaways and autographed memorabilia. The AWIB silent auction is a perennial favorite for our long-term supporters, where many of them do their holiday shopping and buy quality goods and services while supporting AWIB.
